A New Truck Is On The Way

To our customers, friends, and everyone who has supported Chuck’s: thank you. After the accident involving our food truck, we had to temporarily close while we figured out the next step.

We’re excited to say that we’re getting a new truck and preparing for our comeback. We cannot wait to fire up the grill, pull the espresso shots, and serve you again.

Your messages, prayers, encouragement, and support have meant more to us than we can say. We’ll share reopening updates as soon as the new truck is ready.

Chuck’s Legacy

My grandfather “Chuck” served in the Navy during WWII as an A&P mechanic. After serving his country, he became a corporate pilot and traveled around the world many times.

Whenever you asked Chuck what he was doing, his reply was always “just piddling.” Before long, he traded flying for cooking and began piddling in the kitchen.

All of us grandchildren loved his cooking, especially his fries. We still use Chuck’s World Famous Hand Cut Fry recipe today.
